All Selatan orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

Processing Times

As many of our products are handmade, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Larger orders may require additional time.

Australian Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders of $90 AUD or more.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and participating European countries.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped to European Union countries, import VAT, customs duties (where applicable) and carrier handling fees are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be payable before delivery.

Import tax arrangements vary by destination. Any applicable charges for other international destinations will be handled according to the arrangements shown at checkout.
